The strategizing and building of KelVPN continues behind the scenes as we are patiently waiting for an overall market recovery to continue our marketing efforts. Hereby we present the second bi-weekly technical development report of KelVPN.
New KelVPN Software Developments:
- New 6.4 branch available for beta test in release-4.4 subfolders on https://pub.klvn.io
- The main site moved on the new engine
- Credit card payment through Stripe. Cards from all over the world are accepted now, including USA cards.
- Beta test Google Play version with in-app purchases, available on https://pub.klvn.io/android/release-6.4/KelVPN-arm64-v8a-gplay-latest/
- Fixed reconnect bugs
- Update UI for the development version
- Updated kelvin-testnet root nodes with new sync upgrades
- Reworked cellframe node plugin for serial key->KELT gateway (CDB), now it is active
- OpenNIC DNS servers became active on a few kelvin testnet masternodes, including EmerDNS domains like .emc and .coin.
Expected to be finalized soon:
- KEL payments on the main site
- Support chatbot
- 6.4 release
- Auto updates, platform-specific news inside the application
- Universal Darwin-kernel (MacOS+iOS) version with native Darwin-based tunnel
- ENS, TOR, I2P, and few more alternative name services accessible from the KelVPN nodes
Still in progress:
- Bridge with I2P and TOR networks, customized by node holders
- iOS builds, AppStore publishing
- Multi-hop mode
- Traffic-exchange hub with white-labeled projects
